The two-year fellowship is designed to prepare the fellow for licensure in psychology and pursuit of a tenure-track position in academia. The fellow will play a leadership role in a randomized controlled trial (Goal 3) funded by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) evaluating two models of coaching and implementation supports for teachers' use of universal and targeted classroom interventions for elementary school students. The fellow will serve as a school-based consultant assessing, training, consulting with and coaching teachers implementing universal and targeted classroom interventions for elementary school students. In both years, the fellow will assist with project management, supervision of graduate and undergraduate students and staff, and have the opportunity to publish manuscripts from project data and other data sets.
Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, Educational or Developmental Psychology; Social Work, Education; Public Health, or related discipline
