Under general supervision from a designated administrator, assist in the planning and coordination of administration and/or operational activities of substantial variety and complexity in a unit or department of considerable size and/or diversification.
Monitor Treasurer’s calendar and schedule meetings daily
Make travel arrangements for department including preparing requests and booking travel
Process job postings and work with HR for the onboarding process
Revise treasury website as needed
Order office supplies as needed, monitor expenditures on supplies/equipment
Create Purchase Requisitions, Term Contract Release Orders, and Check Requests in SAP
Pay incoming invoices and track purchase orders accordingly
Run budget reports and review budget for accuracy
Filing and other administrative functions (data entry, scanning, maintaining physical and digital files)
Receive incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Manage signature requests for Treasurer
Allocate purchasing card charges for Treasury staff, process expense reports through Concur
Gather and evaluate information and assist in determining priorities.
Perform research concerning procedures and practices, identifying problems and recommending solutions.
Serve as liaison for administrator in the interpretation of policies and procedures.
Assist Tax Director in processing PSC’s and other tax related documents
Perform other related duties based on departmental need.
Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience; -OR-Associate's degree with three (3) years’ experience; -OR-five (5) years’ experience. Experience must be in high-level administrative support.
Other Qualifications Considered
Minimum of 1 year experience supporting daily treasury operations activity, including accounts receivable, cash investigation and application and cash recapture
