DESCRIPTION/OPPORTUNITY: CBRE Build's Advisory & Transaction (A&T) Services is looking for Sr. Digital & Technology Manager with extensive leadership experience leading technology teams to develop and expand its existing platforms with new features and products for Commercial Real-estate applications.

JOB SUMMARY: Directly oversees multiple teams of technology professionals and projects focusing on information systems activities, including design, test, development, implementation and training for a portfolio of applications within the A&T LOB. Assist in the development of technology strategies and proactively identifies areas for improvement including resources, process and technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains professional contacts with other organizations, research institutions, service providers, and software or equipment manufacturers concerning support and lifecycle management.
Directs the continuing review of present systems and methods, as well as the formulation of new and revised systems; determines appropriate changes to effect improvements, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Plans, implements, and controls multiple digital & technology projects. Ensures that project plans are executed within cost and time constraints. Reports project performance and status to upper management.
Involved in contract and pricing negotiations
Works with the business and other technology partners to discuss and understand the implications of digital & technology initiatives for their department.
Keeps abreast of technological changes and innovations in the information systems field.
Responsible for controls and governance of technology platform as well as ownership of policies and procedures and audit engagements.
Assists with sales pursuits as needed, to help pursuit teams understand technology offerings, options, and risks/costs.

6 + years System Implementation, SDLC, Integration, and Project Management experience utilizing an Agile methodology
5 + years in consulting / professional services, big firm experience preferred
6 + full Salesforce implementations as a Technical Delivery Manager on the
Recommended: App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Certified Technical Architect highly preferred
Baseline understanding of SFDC User Setup, Permissions & Security
Experience managing teams through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions
Experience leading business development initiatives
Experience in project planning, including building and managing to project plans, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting status to clients and internal teams
Trained on process and/or technology methodologies (e.g. Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile implementation)
BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field and a minimum of 6 - 10 years of related experience, including 2-3 years of experience at the management level.
