Work closely with the initiative's leadership and faculty to develop and effectively manage the delivery of multiple concurrent curriculum development projects
Work with the initiative's leadership and faculty to develop city-focused learning objectives that guide content strategic curriculum production and program design
Manage scope and sequence of a curriculum portfolio to ensure materials will be both complementary in a program setting and stand-alone products
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and assignment of project team members including consultants and freelancers
Manage all project timelines and deliverables of highest quality design, writing, and presentation of output
Create and manage project timelines, including coordination with faculty and other stakeholders, completion of deliverables, and ongoing support to researchers and case writers
Facilitate the development of curricular materials that integrate into the initiative's programming
Work with the initiative's leadership and faculty to design, use, and evolve materials developed for initiative programs
Share insights from interaction with cities and program participants to inform and shape future content portfolio production or expansion of the initiative's support for cities
Assist the initiative's leadership and faculty in developing follow-up teaching materials in support of session goals
Be a collaborative teammate
Provide direct supervision and management of the work of multiple research fellows, research assistants, freelancers, and staff
Foster and contribute to a culture of excellence grounded in learning, problem solving, and teamwork
Coordinate knowledge sharing within and across project teams
Collaborate with colleagues to support and advance their work
This is a fully benefits-eligible term appointment ending one year from date of hire, with the possibility of renewal.

Graduate degree along with a minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience. Demonstrated knowledge of curricular design methodologies and processes. Experience with city government, organizations that support cities, and/or higher education.
