The Inside Sales Respresentative is responsible for making B2B outbound calls in order to generate sales from existing and prospective Live Sound US dealers. They will be responsible for creating, maintaining and generating reports on progress, for all their contacts in Salesforce.
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries, complaints and issues
Conducts cold calls to potential new and existing clients in order to identify new business opportunites
Identifies additional opportunites with exisiting clients
Educates customers on new or updated product information resulting in increased sales
Maintains contact information in SalesForce including all pertinent information regarding phone call outcomes, tracking progress, etc.
Responsible for working with and communicating to the sales directors any information needed to close a sale such as demos, trainings, etc.
High School education, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Additional certifications/training certificates in the Pro audio industry preferred
Minimum of 3 years sales experience within the Live Sound industry is required
SalesForce experience is required
Comfortable cold calling customers is a must
Outgoing personality is a must
Can do attitude is a must
High level of independence is encouraged. Guidelines will be around DFI’s, pricing and field person access. Number one goal is to hit the monthly revenue and profit quota number assigned.
Knowledge of the live sound industry
SDFC knowledge is required, specifically input, relationaship and database management
Knowledge of Pro Audio industry products is required
Phone sales experience and enjoyment of phone sales is required
