Requisition Number: 32144 Salary: $44.42 hourly
Position Description: Under the direction of the Electrician Supervisor and or Manager for Electrical Shop, oversee and coordinate the work of the Electricians, Facilities Mechanics, and Facilities Workers who are responsible for campus-wide and Center for Health Sciences projects including fixed priced jobs for tenant improvement projects, deferred maintenance projects, periodic scheduled maintenance; trouble call issues, and support to all Project Managers for multi-craft projects. Review and coordinate daily schedules and work; interface with client. Conduct job site assessment and evaluation; develop and review estimates; resolve project problems, coordinate outages, and ensure job is closed and charged properly; participate in the Disaster Initial Response Team.
