Under direction from Facilities Project Manager(s) helps ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards. Responsibilities will include administrative work such as constructing detailed project schedules from proposal to implementation, preparing agendas, recording meeting notes, reporting activities of project teams, recording project issues, organizing and verifying documents, communicating project information and assuming additional responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform quality control as it relates to move management tasks
Supports projects involving relocations, seating, and reconfigurations.
Focal point on facilities move management communications
Supports managing the employee location database.
Responsible for helping with development of project documentation and maintains documentation throughout the life of the project.
Confirms deliverables with project team and/or client.
Coordinates meetings and conferences and materials.
Researches Unit costs and obtains level of effort LOE estimates to determine how long projects will take and what resources will be utilized.
Research questions as requested by project managers.
Assists cost tracking and schedule statuses.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field, 2-3 years of combined business and/or facilities experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Pursuing PMP Certification preferred.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Assists in obtaining cost estimates on equipment and LOE (Level of Effort) data.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio a plus.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. May manage small projects for Project Managers with frequent oversight and training. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
