Under general supervision provides analysis and helps resolve payroll problems including systems issues and customer inquiries related to tax, wage and hour compliance, garnishments, applicable regulatory requirements and other payroll duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, accounting, finance or related field
Two (2) years experience in payroll, financial systems processing, financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis
Knowledge of personal computer applications
Good analytical, human relations and communication skills
Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus:
Experience analyzing large volumes of data
Knowledge and experience in state/local tax filings and remittances
Experience in the automation of payment process
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements/efficiencies
Time management and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
Strong organization, communication, and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and experience in US/CAN payroll
Demonstration of effective teamwork
Demonstration of continual growth and development
Domicile / Relocation: This position will be located in either Pittsburgh, PA or Collierville, TN. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.
