ASC Technology Services, within the College of Arts and Sciences, seeks a Web Services Training and Support Coordinator to join our team. The Web Services Training and Support Coordinator provides end user support for college and university Content Management Systems (CMS). Develops and maintains training documents and instructional videos for end users. Conducts training sessions for end users on CMS as needed. Works with other members of web team to determine new functionality or if changes in current functionality need to be made in the CMS. Collaborates with web developers when needed to communicate changes in functionality of the CMS. Performs triage for requests related to CMS/module; routes to web developers as needed. Leads meetings with college community of web editors to foster collaboration on best practices. Develops and maintains training materials and classes to make web content ADA accessible.
Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of experience working with editing of websites using a content management system such as Drupal or WordPress. Experience with HTML, CSS; experience doing customer support through helping users edit their websites and troubleshoot technical problems. Experience creating training documents and instructional videos. Strong organizational skills demonstrating the ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environment.
Experience making structural changes in a CMS. Experience working with web design programs like Sketch or Adobe XD; experience working in training creation software like Camtasia; experience in higher education and demonstrated skills in project management and customer service.
Target Salary: $21.15 - $23.00 Hourly
