Advanced project management skills across a variety of project.
Familiarity with the Harvard Business School case method, MBA-level learning theories, and key business research issues essential to success
Ability to understand faculty research and to envision what aspects of that research translate into valuable teaching material, especially quantitative material in Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and Operations Management
Expertise in statistics, advanced math, finance, data analysis and systems dynamics required.
Ability to develop complex models and algorithms using simulation modeling platform desired.
Ability to support faculty and students on content-focused issues
Well-developed communication skills and ability to translate complex faculty research into student-focused learning tools
