Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of clinicians providing intensive, recovery oriented behavioral health services to persons living with serious and persistent mental illness. Supervisor will be an active team member, carrying a caseload, providing clinical interventions, sharing in 24-7 crisis coverage and supervising team member assignments and activities. Hire a team of dynamic and quality clinicians to provide community-based services delivered at flexible times that meet clients’ needs and in settings that offer the best potential for positive outcomes. Must have a Master’s Degree, hold an Illinois license as an LPC/LSW, and have a valid Illinois Driver’s License. Preferred 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness, and 1 year of experience providing administrative and clinical supervision.
Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations and activities of full-time and part time members of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team
Lead daily ACT Team meetings and assure team participation in utilization and peer review
Track case assignments and complete daily scheduling to ensure services meet fidelity requirements
Ensure that care provided integrates all facets of clients’ lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs.
Provide a full range of clinical care to a partial caseload of clients all receiving community support services from the team at large. Care will include responsibility for assessment, treatment planning, intensive community based skills training, case management services, and reauthorizations
Coordinate with Pre-transition Supervisor and Supervisor of Clinical Care Management to facilitate transition of Williams & Colbert members from nursing home to community
Monitor team staffing needs and hiring and orientation of new staff.
Provide clinical and administrative supervision of employees including clinical direction and assistance with treatment planning and service delivery.
Ensure that all clinical activities performed by the team are compliant with standards, policies and procedures of the Community Support Team model, organization and DMH/IDHS requirements for Colbert/Williams.
Actively monitor individual team member’s targets to assure that the team meets or exceeds team productivity target
Provide performance evaluations for full–time and part -time supervisees building on strengths and identifying ongoing growth/training needs
Participate in orientations, all staff meetings and training/ development seminars
Interpret and communicate, at the service delivery level, Center policies and procedures
Submit, in a timely and accurate fashion, schedules, timesheets, mileage and other reports required by the Center’s policies and procedures

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting and frequently uses standard office equipment.
Position is community based - the employee is required to travel by automobile to and from daily client visits to client homes in the Chicagoland area. As much as 75% of the time will be spent out of the office.
Treatment services are delivered at flexible times that meet clients’ needs and in settings that offer the best potential for positive outcomes, that may include evenings and/or weekends
In supporting clients to live independently, employee may be exposed to varying home conditions
Full-time, Salary, Exempt, 37.5 hours per week.
Ability to work a schedule in response to the needs of the target population (evening and/or weekends)

Minimum Position Requirements
Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology or a related discipline
LPC/LSW license that meets Rule 132 designation
Preferred 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness and/or chronic health conditions or complex physical health and mobility needs
1 year experience working in non-traditional treatment environments i.e.in-home, residential, nursing facility, hospital, community settings
Preferred 1 year of experience providing administrative and clinical supervision
Applicant must have a valid IL Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable well maintained vehicle
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, knowledge of Word, Excel, and internet skills
