Individual serves as sole project coordinator for NIH- and NSF- funded projects of automated facial image analysis. Duties will be overseen by Principal Investigator, Dr. Jeffrey Cohn, and include assigning and overseeing the work of staff and student research assistants, coordinating complex schedules, data management, and liaising with inter- and intra-departmental University personnel. Individual will draft and maintain standard operating procedures as well as protocols and reports for the University's Institutional Review Board (IRB). Individual will assist with grant and fiscal management, as well as supply purchasing and accounting. Demonstrated experience in project management, knowledge of best research practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
BA or BS degree in psychology, biology or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with technology required, as is a strong working knowledge of research management. Minimum of five years of work experience in a research project is required.
