Coordinator will manage all housing aspects of Front Door program. Oversee KYC-leased apartments being used for temporary housing for Front Door clients and backup for other programs. Strong relationship building skills and will serve as liaison to maintain and increase relationships with local hotels. Oversee development of temporary and permanent housing opportunities for individuals served. Ensure compliance with grant and manage State Referral Network (SRN) for KYC. Monitor and report housing expenditures.
Preferred experience with housing development and understanding of local resources, subsidies, and housing requirements.
