Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
B2B marketing support: Assist in delivering and maintaining materials in alignment with strategic planning of Marketing & Sales teams working closely with B2B Marketing Manager
Support dynamic and evolving sales organization, segmented by Find (owner partnerships for new unit investment) and Fill (Local, Enterprise, and Broker).
Contribute to material creation including, but not limited to presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and proposals. Leverage PowerPoint to develop impactful presentations that embody the brand and serve to demonstrate a differentiated offering. Collaborate with Creative Director and Content Strategist to produce high end presentations and materials.
Oversee management of materials at unit and corporate level to keep content up to date, compliant with brand guidelines, and organized for accessibility company wide. Encourage and enable version control by maintaining online platform for asset organization for ease of use across multiple stakeholders.
Field internal requests for marketing support and coordinate with marketing team to communicate requirements and deadlines.
Rollout new unit/market materials in accordance with playbooks by localizing template package as needed. Coordinate with local teams for customization needs and support marketing team's efforts in developing assets to enhance unit materials. Create and communicate compelling sales materials and promotional offerings.
Communicate marketing and sales SOPs with introduction of new product offerings, promotions, or processes.
Contribute to playbook development and optimization for scalability and operational excellence.
Uncover opportunities to initiate strategic and material development in response to quantitative and qualitative sales engagement and marketing performance analytics.
Partner cross-functionally with Brand and Communications, Product, and Operations teams to facilitate material development with accuracy and in alignment with brand strategy.
In collaboration with vendors, project manage design, production, shipping and inventory management of physical collateral such as brochures and branded goods to be leveraged by sales team.
Assist Marketing team with event planning and execution by enabling sales to lead local events, support corporate level events with planning, production, and logistics. Launch invitation campaign planning and execution as needed for various events.
Operate and optimize in digital marketing space including web, CRM and email platforms
Track sales and marketing spend for budget management.
Support marketing and sales ops in CRM maintenance and optimization with primary focus on organization and efficiency in a variety of CRM tools including workflows, emails, templates, landing pages, contact lists, etc. Will also assist in onboarding new users and units.
What you'll need:
1- 3 years marketing or sales experience
Exceptional MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce preferred
Demonstrates ability to perform in alignment with Hana brand values: Be A Builder, Seek Simplicity, Welcome One & All, Sweat the Small Stuff, And Trust Teamwork.
Bachelor's degree is required. Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate and workplace industries desirable
