The Service Center Manager is responsible for providing exceptional vision and leadership to a team of technologyprofessionals who are responsible for providing end user technology support services. This position will lead a teamproviding exceptional customer service to Centura Health employees and handle all relative communications withleadership and Service Desk personnel. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing all Service Desk elements:client relations, staffing to meet ever changing workflow needs, operational reporting, employee relations, andonboarding/offboarding support.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills and must ensure both operational stability and end user satisfaction.Communication skills are a must as the Service Center Manager will be required to interact with all areas of leadership tofurther refine, optimize, and transform the Service Desks ongoing services. The Service Center Manager must strive tocreate a positive work environment and actively work to create strong business and staff relations
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
5 years experience in a management role, preferably customer/user support function.
Experience in IT Help Desk operations and issue resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service driven.
Strong team player.
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Equivalent work experienceconsidered)
ITIL and HDI certifications, preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours with on-call ability required
Physical Requirements:Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)
