The Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.
A successful candidate will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and communication. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
A successful intern will learn to understand the difference between operations and projects! There will be an understanding of the importance of project management as it effects strategy and business success and by end of the internship, a familiarity with the planning and execution phases of a project.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, Power BI)
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Hands-on experience with project management tools
Bachelor's degree program, in human resources, business, or related field (In Progress)
Experience with manipulating data sets and data visualization
