PROGRAM COORDINATOR , MIT Open Learning-Incubation Team , to support customer development for MIT Bootcamps . Will support the marketing and admissions of global bootcamp programs and participate fully in the evolution of long-term marketing and branding strategy. Marketing duties include identifying and targeting customers through market research and interviewing program participants; developing creative marketing campaigns to bring in target customers; utilizing metrics to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels and iterate and optimize on best tactics and strategies; leveraging online/offline channels and the MOOC/Bootcamp community to target new users; partnering on cross-marketing promotions to target niche segments; working with global MIT Bootcamps collaborators on optimizing marketing strategies; and maintaining/updating program websites, outward facing collateral, and messages. Operational responsibilities include interfacing with program applicants/participants to resolve issues; working admissions team to screen, review, interview, and recommend applicants; helping develop and distribute program materials/resources for program execution; developing new systems/methods to optimize program delivery and admissions; collaborating with international partners to execute global programs; and coordinating with staff/faculty/catering/facilities/sponsors/etc. to support live program execution.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree, preferably with an economics or business concentration (e.g., finance, accounting, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, etc.); two years' administrative and/or project/program management experience; strong project management, organizational, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills; experience in marketing and with analytical marketing tools; ability to work with little day-to-day supervision and prioritize and deliver multiple projects with different deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up work environment that focuses highly on both teamwork and individual contributions.
