Full time position in our Glenwood Springs Headquarters oversees the Information Technology (IT) Operations department for Holy Cross Energy (HCE) providing the leadership necessary to ensure the friendly service and effective technologies required to empower HCE employees to succeed in their roles. Manages critical systems and key applications maintaining a high-level of availability. Develops and leads a high-performing team through performance coaching and mentoring. Leads project management efforts for the IT Operations team. Builds relationships with other departments to position IT as a strategic partner.

Bachelor’s degree and 4-10 years related experience required; 3-5 years supervisory experience in service desk or systems admin preferred.
Must have experience in service desk, systems, applications and databases. PMI, CAPM, ITIL Foundation or COBIT 5 Foundation certification preferred.
Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
