Contributes to the development, implementation, and embedding of Excellence in Operations Management (EOM) principles into department or business area
Participates in process improvement initiatives utilizing project management techniques and process improvement methodologies
Applies in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and EOM principles to drive business results
Leads a segment of EOM assessment, deep dive/design, and pilot activities for functions new to EOM
Sets direction for portions of process improvement/redesign projects
Participates in the development, maintenance, and consistent application of standard processes across area of responsibility
Utilizes appropriate methods and tools to perform data collection and analysis
Leads high impact and/or complex projects

The Process Analyst role in CPE focuses on the following responsibilities:
Complete complex data and statistical analysis to support process improvement efforts and drive business decisions
Utilizing Lead Six Sigma process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities which will reduce waste and result in measurable improvements in efficiency
Successfully executing the implementation of identified process improvements to achieve measurable improvement to customer value (operational efficiency, service, quality, or customer experience)
Developing comprehensive understanding of structure, standard work, work segmentation, and detailed processes in segments related to project assignments
Lead, facilitate, and participate in cross-functional teams
Driving pace and quality in project deliverables
Travel: Business travel is required to perform the necessary job responsibilities and may comprise up to 50% of this role.
