The SCD takes ownership for proposing and developing creative approaches to learning while consulting other team members (including faculty) and incorporating their feedback. The SCD has strong project management skills, the diplomacy necessary to work within matrixed teams, and a deep interest in pedagogical and technical applications for online education. The SCD is valued by HarvardX team members for their demonstrated commitment to learner-centric design, reflective practice, effective teamwork, and successful project completion.
