This position is in The Peoplesoft-Campus Solutions | Analytics | Data Sciences Group within the Division of Information Technology (DoIT). The incumbent will work closely with business partners, various project teams and stakeholders while you lead a team of technology professionals who deliver service and support to a system-wide audience.
The Campus Solutions Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing aspects of the University's system-wide Campus Solutions System. The incumbent will lead and manage a diverse team of specialists and will be focused on overseeing the support of the PeopleSoft applications while providing a leadership role in the campus-wide CRM implementation.
In addition to collaborating with core project team members, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical counterparts, the incumbent will manage the workload of staff. The successful candidate will define tasks, make assignments and ensure the delivery of tasks are being completed.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, information management or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
Previous success in professional roles, such as team lead, supervisory, or managerial positions.
Proficiency in all technical aspects of PeopleSoft technology, including a thorough understanding of PeopleCode, PeopleTools 8.5x, Application Engine, Application Package, Component Interface & Integration Broker, Fluid, SQR, SQL, PS Query and the entire PS technical stack including Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Leadership for the PeopleSoft team to include team building within the team and with customers. Ability to assist in prioritization of work efforts for all projects and operation work.
Experience working with Cloud Service Providers on a cloud based platform Demonstrated skill in managing technical and senior staff.
Working knowledge of network and server infrastructure and architecture.
Ability to coordinate issue resolution with team members and/or business partners.
Experienced in leading change management activities and managing their impact across the unit or department.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization.
At least 3 full implementation project life cycle experience as a Technical Lead/Project Manager with a good understanding of configuration and integration between major functional areas.
Strong knowledge and understanding of service delivery principles.
