Own the customer journey from initial awareness to onboarding as a new client
Develop and implement a local marketing plan and marketing strategy in line with global business goals, global marketing strategy, and local objectives
Be locally responsible for driving digital transformation projects (e.g, onboarding, website optimizations, and digital client engagement)
Responsible for establishing and driving client's acquisition through digital media and affiliate partners
Oversee/coordinate any agreed traditional marketing activities such as PR and OOH
Manage the delivery of impactful, effective and locally relevant media campaigns across paid and earned channels, ensuring correct delivery and placement
Represent the key regional variations in culture, trading style, and customer needs on global brand & customer experience initiatives such as website, onboarding, digital engagement, etc.
Be responsible for customer experience, including regional websites and all marketing and compliance driven customer communications
Support the Institutional business by providing consultative support to key partners or as marketing representation on key projects
Full management of local marketing budget alongside reconciliation of centrally managed regional budget
Be the customer champion and align closely with Sales & Services to ensure consistent execution of local/global marketing strategy
10 years marketing or financial industry experience - preferably within Equity trading and knowledge of derivative products
Proven digital marketing experience with ability to deliver results
Leadership experience and skills with ability to manage through change
Solid understanding of local regulatory landscape
Analytical approach and desire to drive performance across the value chain
Ability to work well under pressure and perform comfortably in fast paced environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is considered strong plus)
Strong personal motivation, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
