Major Duties: General summary: Participates in the planning and executing of annual giving campaigns. Supervises student employees. - Participates in the planning and execution of all annual giving campaigns. Collaborates with staff to help coordinate campaign duties, tasks and events.- Develops and maintains budgets and reports. Prepares and analyzes fundraising reports. Makes recommendations and develops strategies for future campaigns and donor stewardship.- Coordinates student employee payroll and scheduling. Develops training programs and ensures that student employees and student project managers are properly trained in meeting alumni needs. Ensures needs are met and high quality service is provided.- Creates professional and team building opportunities for student employees, including the collaboration with on- and off-campus partners. Proposes and maintains budgets. Solicits gifts and sponsorships.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in related field from an accredited institution.- Two years' relevant experience.- Supervisory or lead experience.- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.- The ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
