Actively manage and ensure the success of the Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, Venture Capital Partner and Lawyers-in-Residence program (45+ experts). Develop a strong rapport with and serve as the main point of contact for all Rock EiRs, VCPs and LiRs. Optimize participant bios and market open office hours to achieve 100% utilization of office hours. Lead EIR orientation and develop and report on overall program metrics.
Lead the project management of events such as alumni conferences, competitions, and related programming. Coordinate logistics including room scheduling, media services, catering, marketing, and vendor management. Be the primary event liaison to ensure smooth implementation and operations.
Support programming needs for the alumni New Venture Competition, Rock Founders and Builders Summit, The Edge Workshops and ongoing initiatives with our alumni entrepreneurs.
Track, evaluate, analyze and report metrics regarding the demand/satisfaction/outcomes associated with all Rock Alumni programs including the Rock 100 Founders and Builders programs and the alumni NewVenture Competition.
Provide general administrative coordination and support for the Rock Center.
Manage alumni and company database in Salesforce, and assist with custom surveys. Input data, update records, run reports, and coordinate with other offices to maintain data integrity.
Work with IT/Web Services, Marketing & Communications, and the Rock Community Manager to support and update areas of the Rock Center website focused on alumni, external stakeholders and resources, etc.
Principle source of contact with alumni, research centers, other Harvard schools and external stakeholders seeking to get involved with the Rock Center and learn more about our entrepreneurship program.
Work with the Associate Director to draft, edit and distribute (via Acoustic/Silverpop or other tools) the quarterly Rock Center alumni newsletter. Source articles on entrepreneurship, research alumni funding news, and coordinate with other HBS departments to include entrepreneurial program opportunities.

3+ years of administrative experience
BA/BS or equivalent experience strongly preferred. This position requires a self-starter with excellent organization, project management, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
