The Division Associate Vice President of Digital and Integrated Marketing reports to the Division Vice President of Marketing and will guide the team’s innovation in design and content – written, digital, and video. This position will be based in Charleston, SC, at our Division headquarters and will require periodic travel to our facilities. The AVP will drive timely execution of content and creative deliverables to meet the production deadlines necessary for our advertising, CRM, video, and digital campaigns. They will develop and drive our social media, email marketing and website strategies and will maintain excellent relationships through timely and engaged service to all of their key internal customers: Hospital PR & Communications leaders, Hospital and Division Leadership, Service Line leaders and strategic vendor partners. This role will work very closely with the Division Director of Creative Services.

A minimum of 7 years relevant experience with 3 in a leadership role
Knowledge and experience in all disciplines of marketing, including advertising, digital, events, media, creative production, direct mail, social media, content marketing, and emerging media as appropriate.
Exceptional communication (both listening and writing) skills at both entry and executive levels, with the ability to resonate at all organizational levels.
Experience in the digital interaction space (social media, blogging, etc.), for personal or professional use.
Excellent analytical and creative writing skills.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize duties for multiple campaigns and clients.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze and understand business financial reporting.
