The Data Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing management and support of the database, project plan and website integration.
Essential functions are to support and ensure database standards and policies; improve data integrity through implementation of the project plan and performance improvement initiatives; produce and communicate operational progress through report writing and progress reports support; conduct in-services as needed for all staff on system functionality, upgrades and capability changes; collaborate with principals to increase search efficiencies, especially in the areas of search strategy and placement; evaluate internal and external websites for content accuracy and integration; provide support to the research coordinator as needed for sourcing plans, external recruitment and marketing; recommend proactive changes to increase database accuracy; participate in data planning, project management and cost benefit analyses in support of business objectives; participate in weekly update calls with search support team; and contribute to a culture of quality and professionalism for systems delivery and data integrity.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; certification is preferred. Expert knowledge in business management applications is required; proficiency in report writing, project management and web applications is preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers is required. Keen attention to detail, troubleshooting and analysis is also required.
