Manage recruitment database; strategic development and implementation of recruiting plans for prospective student-athletes at Miami University within the rules and regulations of the MAC and NCAA; develop brochures and communication plans; assist with campus visits, scouting visits and supervision of volunteers and student assistants - provide instruction, direction, and problem solving assistance.
Previous experience working within an intercollegiate athletic program
Ability to commit to all required office and event hours (evenings and weekends)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, etc), and proficiency in the use of computer/social media for technical and communications applications.
