Provide technology support services for the College to include a wide variance of duties. Such duties include, but may not be limited to:
Management of desktop support for all faculty and staff
Support of technology in classrooms, conference rooms, active learning spaces and clinical settings; management of all computer labs within the College (this includes management of all student lab assistance).
Management of Unit speciﬁc accounts and storage space
Management of the College Organizational Unit (utilizing Active Directory) and of equipment upgrades, procurement and inventory.
These duties require an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work independently of others.
40% Percentage of Total Time: Description of job responsibility/duty: Provide desktop support for all faculty and staff; support of technology in classrooms, conference rooms, active learning spaces and clinical settings.
20% Percentage of Total Time: Description of job responsibility/duty: Supervision of a variety of special projects. These projects may include implementation of new technology-based system for speciﬁc purposes and/or areas of the College, oversight of software/hardware upgrades, research and development of new technologies and development of training materials for end users of new systems, just to name a few.
20% Percentage of Total Time: Description of job responsibility/duty: Administration of video services within the College. These services currently include lecture capture hardware and software, Digital Signage Management, web conferencing hardware and software solutions and management of our ONSSI video observation portal.
20% Percentage of Total Time: Description of job responsibility/duty: Management of all computer labs within the College (this includes maintaining student lab assistance work schedules and time approval); management of Unit speciﬁc accounts and storage space; and lastly management of the College Organizational Unit (utilizing Active Directory) and technology inventory.

Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology Integration, Networking Technology, or related area and one year of experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or engineering or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Journey level requires an additional one year of experience.
