Strong analytical and listening skills with ability to effectively coach and mentor others; must be able to lead by influence.
Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.
Proficiency learning key business processes, creating internal partnerships, fostering collaboration and recommending strategies that fit the culture.
Fluency in technology concepts such as user experience and IT Service Management, but no direct implementation experience required.
Demonstrated team leadership skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Experience or coursework in organizational design, change management, and business process re-engineering highly desired.
Direct experience as a project manager or agile facilitator highly valued.
