Fixed term role. Manage complex Fund Raising and CRM projects. Partner with Stakeholders which includes University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR), Information Technology and Finance to ensure comprehensive process and solutions are in place as new initiatives are rolled out. Assess the impact and inter-dependencies between systems that integrate with the Fund Raising systems and CRM solution.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years working within Fund Raising or in Project Management.
Preferred Experience: 7+ years experience working with an IT organization. Previous experience in managing projects in Higher Education, Experience with Blackbaud CRM and/or Ellucian Advance implementation.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proven ability to scope, manage and deliver on projects and control costs. Excellent planning, analytical and problem solving skills. Effective people management and negotiation skills and ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams. Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Fund Raising operations.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Project Management Professional certification.
