Oversees and manages both full-time and contracted parking and ground transportation operations staff for Columbus Regional Airport Authority airports. Assignment of contracted areas of oversight may include: valet, shuttle, taxi, and/or long term parking services.
Assigned to Parking Revenue and Systems: manages the Parking and Revenue Control System (PARCS), Parking Access Revenue Control System (TIBA), EZPark systems, revenue budgets, and collection of parking revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the work of assigned staff, including coaching and counseling, scheduling and overseeing work duties, and conducting performance evaluations.
Manages the area including prioritizing projects, adjusting workflow, and collaborating with other departments on initiatives.
Collaborates with other management teams across the organization for integration of parking operations and systems for growth and development.
Develops and submits timely and accurate budgets as well as monthly reconciliation and variance reports.
Capitalizes on opportunities to grow parking and operations systems by building client loyalty and creates a net network of promoting airport parking options and technology solutions.
Reviews and audits monthly income statement, including reviewing expenses, and preparing income statements and additional parking statistics for submission to the finance department and the board of directors.
Performs project management related to parking operations, software systems, parking technologies and solutions to control assets and expenditures.
Identifies, evaluates, qualifies, and implements business partner and vendor relationships.
Creates management contracts for parking operations and reviews documents and processes for the parking operations for the John Glenn International and Rickenbacker International airports.
Responds to customer service issues, including reviewing customer refund requests, hearing customer complaints, and providing resolution.
Maintains current and accurate records in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
Responds to and resolves emergencies as needed.
Performs related work as required.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations & Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in parking and/or ground transportation. Previous supervisory experience required.
Required Licenses or Certifications
Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license, in good standing
Work requires supervising and monitoring performance for a regular group of employees (2 or more full-time employees) including providing input on hiring/disciplinary actions and work objectives/ effectiveness, performance evaluations, and realigning work as needed.
