Essential Qualifications: - Master's degree. Candidates who have an MBA or related MS degree in Human Resources from an AACSB-accredited business school is strongly preferred.
- Established record of leadership experience in an academic or business environment. Experience in a large organization featuring multi-functional business units/programs is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: career services, human resources, general management, counseling, student services, and/or related experience.
- Ability to interact positively with all members of the campus community, corporate contacts and alumni.
- Experience leading a team toward a common goal, emphasizing collaboration, respect and high performance.
- Project management, analytical, sound reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience advising, mentoring, counseling, or recruiting graduate and professional students or new business professionals.
