JOB SUMMARY:

The responsibility of the Technology Associate is to assist in the set-up of services for new community transitions and ongoing support of current properties. The primary focus of this role is to provide support, communication and direction for various technology services integrated and not integrated with the property management software including but not limited to Rent Café, CRM, Screening, Collections, Payments, Utility Billing and Blue Moon. It is imperative to be detail oriented and have the ability to learn quickly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in developing a streamlined property technology processes and managing new initiatives relating to legislative and business process changes.
• Coordinate with operations personnel on all transition / initiative information flow between all involved parties.
• Review progress and maintain effective communication with operations team during and after the transition / initiative. Provide regular status updates and challenges to appropriate leadership team.
• Compile all project related plans, reports and manage related document flow according to due dates.
• Monitor the appropriate Help Desk system queues to address property technology issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support for a variety of ancillary services related to the Yardi Voyager platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM, Rent Café, Screening, Payments, Utility Billing and Blue Moon.
• Assist in testing new software releases and functionalities.
• Work in tandem with various departments to create smooth issue resolutions for Pinnacle managed properties.
• Manage property level qualification document changes to ensure all properties are displaying the correct information to their applicants.
• Conduct monthly reporting to track the impact of electronic payments and send communication to stakeholders.
• Work with the Blue Moon project manager to ensure all leases are up to date and compliant with local regulations as relating to utility billing programs.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Multifamily experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical competency including advanced skills in MS Excel. Yardi Voyager experience required.
• Ability to work in harmony with coworkers with excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication
• Eager and willing to add to knowledge base and skills.

• Ability to work within strict deadlines and adapt to shifting
