The purpose of this position is to conduct planning, designing, managing and implementing all necessary activities to manage the successful execution of large size projects for Global Change Management Team. Responsible for indirect leadership and support of a team of project resources across multiple departments and business units.
This role can be located within the Midwest (MN, MI, IL, or OH).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in client pursuits, including draft schedule development and supporting materials as needed
Develop the Transition Schedule in and CD in alignment with the MSA
Support internal and client-facing Kickoff activities, including logistics coordination*
Manage and maintain daily and weekly updates to the Transition Schedule and risk register
Develop and manage the transition Data Tracker and data requests, including consolidation and review of requests, and tracking of receipt
Develop and maintain program reporting package, including risks, delays and dependencies
Understand, identify and communicate schedule risks and dependencies and associated requirements
Provide required reports on Transition Schedule progress for weekly calls and transition Readiness Reviews
Lead the Internal Control Call (ICC), including development of agenda and supporting materials, and the creation and distribution of meeting minutes
Work with the other core team members to develop the Go Live plan and coordinate associated logistics
Support the Transition Leader with the development of the operational handoff plan and transition closeout process, including the TIP
Support the Transition Leader with overall management of the project
Utilize standard plans and materials and create new workplans where needed
Coordinate with workstream leads to develop data collection templates and corresponding trackers and metrics
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in either Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or related field. Minimum eight years of related experience and/or training.
Previous Project Manager experience and/or business analysis work experience.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications including: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MS Project and Project Server.
Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction.
Exercise project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills.
