The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator supports the strategic initiatives and operations of the HealthONE Virtual Network (H1VN) and Wesley Care Virtual Network (WCVN) whose main focus is implementation and partner retention of new and existing network partners and service lines as assigned. The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator will collaborate with the Telemedicine Operations Manager and AVP to support overall Operations for all existing and new TeleMedicine site locations. Examples of site locations include and is not limited to hospital/free standing emergency departments and clinics. This position will be focused as follows: 1.Existing Telemedicine partners: Support business retention; including coordinating with service line leadership. 2.New Telemedicine partners: As directed, support implementation, including but not limited to; relationship building with partner clinicians and administration, training, clinical protocols and education development; licensing and credentialing with assistance from the H1VN and WCVN teams.
Leadership and Governance •Leads meetings as assigned with development, administrative, operations, and support services staff to determine ongoing goals of the network and to identify internal and external resources available to meet those objectives. •Supports leadership through activities that include program expansion - including implementation, administration, client retention processes and strategies, vendor management, process improvement, and data measurement as requested. •Assists in developing and delivering education programs to customers as requested. Operations/Implementation •Builds relationships with all clinicians in partner and prospective partners in the Telemedicine Network, including all telemedicine models. •Assists with training, onboarding, and schedule maintenance of multiple physician groups and service lines. •Supports and coordinates telemedicine implementations in collaboration with the Telemedicine Operations Manager and AVP TeleMedicine. •Designs and implements process improvement projects. •Identifies barriers or potential gaps for network partner hospitals related to IT&S Services to ensure support and coordination of technical issues with telemedicine systems. •Interacts extensively with telemedicine vendors: (1) hardware technology (e.g. cart, tablet) vendor; (2) software vendor; (3) provider group vendors. •Budget tracking and reporting as assigned including volume, performance metrics and vendor evaluation reports. Client Retention/ Process Improvement/ Data Measurement/Accounting Cycle •Assists in coordinating, tracking, and reporting on telemedicine program activities for telemedicine service lines to include site visits in rural communities and educational requests. •Supports the retention of the H1VN and WCVN sites, customers, and the associated clinical practices providing the Telemedicine services including cloud file, contact, and contract database management. •Assists with ongoing operational data reporting, contracts, accounts receivable, invoicing, newsletters, and marketing materials. •Provides a solution oriented dialogue and approach at all times to existing and prospective partners in the network, as well as all team members involved in the retention and expansion of the network. •Collaborates with the H1VN AVP and contributes suggestions for improvement of the program. •Collaborates with HealthONE Outreach as requested. •Provides weekly summary of site feedback to TeleMedicine team.

Preferred Education and Experience: •Experience in rural healthcare settings as well as previous clinical experience and previous client retention/development experience. •Knowledge of healthcare industry with emphasis on regulatory environment. •Experience in hosting WebEx and/or Conference calls preferred. •Clinical experience, license and/or certification preferred, such as Registered Nurse, Paramedic. •Bachelor degree preferred. •Experience and exposure to clinical environments, preferably involving TeleMedicine.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator will have demonstrated relationship building, solution oriented interpersonal effectiveness at all levels of the organization, task management, process improvement; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations; problem solving skills; demonstrated computer/technical proficiencies.
REPORTING AND ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator reports directly to the H1VN Operations Manager with a matrix reporting line to the H1VN AVP. The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including and not limited to: HealthONE Regional Physician Relations Managers, physicians and nurses, facility administration, and all other identified team members. The TeleMedicine Service Line Coordinator interacts professionally with administration, operations, clinical, and support services staff. The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator also interacts professionally with all team members in the H1VN and WCVN, including, Site Coordinators, administrative and clinical staff. WORK LOCATION / TRAVEL: This position can be a work-from-home environment with scheduled office days as well as Hub office-space as appropriate. It is anticipated that this position will involve overnight travel (25-50%) throughout the service region of (Currently Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Kansas). As H1VN and WCVN expand with the addition of new service lines and new customers, it is expected that this position will support these new customers. The Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator will be expected to successfully support projects as requested and will be responsible for coordinating his/her travel logistics including and not limited to using HealthONE travel system for hotel, car rental, and plane tickets.
The home office work environment will need sufficient Internet connectivity (wired or wireless) to support business needs (E.g. Outlook, MS Office products) as well as the ability to connect to any endpoint/device within the H1VN and WCVN.
Business expenses: Telemedicine Service Line Coordinator will be issued a credit card for work-related expenses such as hotel, rental car, rental fuel, airline tickets, and work related meals. Employee will be responsible for submitting business expense receipts.
Additional Responsibilities: •Assists with schedule uploading and changes for all service line(s). •Assists in audits and regulatory surveys as needed. •Assists with maintaining telemedicine site maps. •Assists with maintaining SalesForce accounts to be updated with current data/information for the telemedicine team. •Assists with creation of quarterly newsletter with input from telemedicine staff. •Assists with creation of presentations with input from telemedicine staff. •Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and AVP.
