PROGRAM MANAGER , Schwarzman College of Computing (SCC) , to report to and serve as a principal aide to the deputy dean of academics and dean for the Schwarzman College. Will work closely with the deputy dean and dean in the performance of complex project management activities and ensure the success of strategic initiatives; collaborate with SCC resource development and communication teams, building and maintaining strong relationships for the deputy dean and dean with key alumni, supporters, and students through regular interactions and events; and support the deputy dean and dean in representing the college to internal and external constituencies. Responsibilities will include independently initiating, organizing, and implementing systems and procedures to efficiently manage special projects, reports, and presentations; planning, executing, and managing special projects according to deadlines and within budget; planning, facilitating, and coordinating activities for meetings; and using comprehensive knowledge of organization policies and practices to interpret policies, answer questions, and make recommendations. May provide some level of support for other staff members as needed.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; at least four years' related experience; experience with SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and on-line calendar software; willingness to learn new systems/software as needed; strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; ability to multitask, deal with changing priorities, perform duties independently with limited supervision, and work cross-functionally; experience providing management support to high-level executives that involved overseeing commitments and ensuring priorities were met and logistics efficiently addressed in an intense, dynamic environment; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; and comprehensive knowledge of and experience with interpreting organization policies and practices and determining the appropriate course of conduct.
