Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems (Drupal preferred).
Experience with training related to web technologies, software, tools, and solutions.
Experience with or knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Articulate policies and procedures, maintain, and develop the Library’s web presence.
Develop the library's mobile web presence.
Maintain and develop the library's intranet.
Work with stakeholders (faculty, admin, staff, students) to design/redesign/assess library's web presence.
Conduct/coordinate usability studies of website.
Maintain awareness of emerging trends in web design.
Chair Web Working Group and work with content managers to maintain web content.
Work with Communication Committee to coordinate social media presence.
Represent the library and work with campus IT counterparts.
Serve as an expert in web technologies for library staff/faculty.
Participate in a robust library instruction program.
Meet library faculty guidelines for promotion and tenure, including requirements for scholarship and service to the library, the university, and the profession.
Training, coursework, or certification in web design, usability, and/or web technologies.
Project management experience.
Experience with or knowledge of principles of responsive design.
Experience with multimedia software (Photoshop, Premiere, Audacity, etc.).
Knowledge of or experience with educational technology in library instruction and user services.
