The Electrical and Computer Engineering communications and events specialist is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and maintaining the department's image and public presence, both digitally and via print. This position will develop and execute communications and marketing strategies for the ECE Department, its affiliated centers and initiatives, and various research groups within the department to achieve the goals and objectives of the communications program. The communications and events specialist will also administer key functions such as operations, events, outreach and communications, and may include support for faculty recruitment. The communications and events specialist will also assist with fundraising activities and support faculty and/or senior staff in building and managing relationships with internal and external entities.
