Under the direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management (AVC), this position is responsible for providing high-level administrative, analytical, data and project management support for the AVC and Enrollment Management (EM) units. This position requires the ability to work independently, exercise good judgment with regard to highly sensitive/confidential issues, excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, and political acumen to work with a diverse and inclusive campus community. The incumbent will actively demonstrate commitment to the unit's mission, values, workplace safety, and learning culture.
Enrollment Management includes Financial Aid and Scholarships, Orientation, Undergraduate Admissions and the Enrollment Management administrative office. Enrollment Management is part of the multi-faceted academic Division of Undergraduate Education. Undergraduate Admissions, Enrollment Management and Undergraduate Education work closely with select Academic Senate committees.
