Capital Health has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join our team.
Designs and delivers an overall engagement strategy, including a communication, sponsorship, reinforcement and readiness plan that facilitates development plans that increase organizational, unit and employees' effectiveness.
Manages organizational change efforts, such as organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, job redesign, job descriptions and skills assessments. Implements stakeholder assessments and readiness analyses that assist in facilitation of strategic business goals.
Designs and implements training programs aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Responsible for team-building training, 1:1 coaching and leadership team effectiveness. Assesses, designs and manages successful leadership and employee development programs that improve organizational results, increase skills and provide professional development.
Collaborates with Marketing on the design and delivery of a communications and marketing strategy that enables HR's Center of Excellence, executives and key stakeholders to keep apprised of activities and projects related to people initiatives. Serves as the communication liaison between the user community, project teams, leaders and Communications. Maximizes the use of technology in the communication process.
Assists HR management and project management teams with internal communications, presentations and reports. Coordinates publication articles with the corporate communications team.
Provides performance consulting with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions to enhance individual or team performance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in business-related field. Advanced degree and/or organizational development-related certification (e.g., ODCP) or designation preferred.
Five years of organizational development work with focus on talent development, change management and instructional development.
Demonstrated experience with succession planning, high-potential development programs and organizational effectiveness assessments.
Experience with training program design. Project management experience a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills to meet multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent coaching, consultation and facilitation skills.
Strong writing skills with the ability to use technology to disseminate information.
Knowledge of change management theory and practice.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. LMS and HRIS software knowledge.
