This position is responsible for and plans, organizes, and manages the procurement process for all projects. This individual will be responsible for staff that purchase goods and services. The individual must be well organized, detail oriented, motivated and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent human relations/interpersonal skills. This individual is responsible for administering and interpreting purchasing law, and frequently interacts with executive administrators.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Bachelors degree + 6 years experience in procurement; negotiating contracts; staff management, goal implementation and training; and/or working with project manager/s and construction.
