Principal duties and responsibilities
Achieve and exceed the team sales goals.
Analyze and monitors sales results providing direction to the sales force where needed.
May be individually responsible of the sales for assigned customers and directly develop selected new potential accounts within the area
Collaborate potentially with channels management to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage and provide appropriated customer orders fulfillment
Develop and implement business strategies and meet sales objectives within the geographical area and customer group assigned that are consistent with the regional direction.
Effectively manage team resources within annual operating plan and approved expense budgets.
Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business for Rockwell Automation.
Ensure adequate reporting and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and customer relationship management tools (i.e. Marketing Manager).
Ensure adequate account planning according to Rockwell Automation standards.
Drive performance driven culture by setting smart goals, track performance regularly, give open & honest feedback and provide relevant reward & recognition
Maintain a high level of staff competence, team spirit and well being through continuous evaluation, training and motivation.
Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to the duties and responsibilities as defined in their respective job descriptions, ISO 9001 quality system documentation and letters of appointment
Provide guidance and direction to the sales and other support resources under his/her responsibility to ensure that their responsibilities and duties are performed as needed
