We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner for Women's Health. The Women's Health NP will coordinate all performance improvement projects ongoing in Women's Health. This position is 60% clinical and 40% administrative:
The NP will see their own patients and work collaboratively in the Women's Health Department with a focus on GYN and GYN specialty areas.
The NP will also participate in quality assessment and performance improvement projects for the department.
In this area, the NP will help run small workgroups focused on specific projects to improve patient care, collect metrics and assist with analyzing information for dissemination to the department for continuous improvement. The NP will assist with implementation of policies and practices and achieving sustainability and provides clinical-care coordination for Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility practices
Certification as Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Project management / Change management experience
Successfully completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) and has 5 or more years clinical experience
