Reporting to the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, develops and maintains a structure that supports the Fisher College of Business’s commitment to providing a diverse array of experiential learning opportunities for students, both domestically and abroad. Experiential learning is a pillar of excellence for Fisher and critical to meeting the needs of programs such as the Business Lab, Global Applied Projects and Global Business Expeditions; Works closely with the Fisher College Office of Advancement to source and cultivate new experiential learning projects and other opportunities; with for-profit and not-for profit organizations; Maintains relationships with current organization partners in an effort to ensure consistency and quality of experiences for both students and organizations and to ensure continued commitment into the future; works with organizations to clarify commitments and scope of projects; provides organizations regular updates on projects; collects feedback and debriefs with each organization post-project.
Master's degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least five years of experience in consulting, project management, client relationship management, and/or business development; experience working in a decentralized environment with numerous stakeholders, where working relationships and cross-collaboration are essential functions.
Target Salary: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 Annually
