This position will be a critical in supporting digital products and executing on plans. The team you would join is based in Richardson, TX.
The candidate must have a passion for developing digital and technology powered products that blend seamlessly with customers' workflows and provide the right information at the right time. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, driven to constantly look for ways to improve their products to optimize journeys, tackle pain points and drive up their KPIs.
Responsible for existing, proprietary Property Management Services products, enhancing in line with business, users
Regularly Interview customers and distill actionable insights to identify and interpret needs and pain points.
Use data, maps and machine learning to help customers (Investors) make informed decisions and grow their business.
Define Product learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure and identify MVP to gain customer feedback is collected as early as possible and integrated in subsequent versions.
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision-making
Responsible for Digital and Product strategy and roadmap, Competitor Assessments, Product capability with deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems.
Champion the product vision and roadmap globally
Build and actively manage a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business, development teams, accountable for resolution of production issues
Ability to review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding designs, plans, and specifications.
Understand the principles and importance of a good user experience with a passion for the discipline of Product Management.
Partner with Technology Leaders, business stakeholders, other product managers and a 7-9-person agile scrum team to develop, maintain, and upgrade full-stack client-facing applications for Services/Web and Mobile Apps according to product roadmap, adhering to platform digital strategy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, use empathy to clearly understand their needs and communicate the team's roadmap to business and Digital & Technologies leaders.
Working with various global and regional product owners to balance business and customer needs to trade-off discussions and enable customer centric product.
Responsible to set measurable sprint goals that are outcome-orientated serving 1000's of real-estate professionals and customers globally.
Become a point of authority for a product; identify and measure its KPIs, constantly identify and deliver opportunities to improve and measure uplift
Translate concepts, ideas into an end-to-end user experience journey, work with designers to choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for its effective communication
Working with local & offshore agile (Scrum) development teams, write and groom user stories, maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable continuous business outcome
Be the captain of the ship with 100% participation in agile ceremonies to reinforce agile development and incremental delivery
Be a productivity multiplier for product team by analyzing workflow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.
Influence team by challenging status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing innovative ideas
Future product budget planning with perspective of CAPEX and OPEX would be an asset
EDUCATION & ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
Relevant work experience as a Product Manager operationalizing platform as product with product strategies and deploying products across multiple localities, and in environments.
Confidence to run workshops to share knowledge and experience with colleagues from Product team
Good technical understanding of digital platforms including analytics, databases, awareness of cloud platforms
Good combination of technical and business background, having worked closely with end users to gather personas, requirements and translate into epics, features and stories with Engineering team that can be developed and tested against
Demonstrated experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) software development methodologies
Ability to build effective relationships across a range of business levels and communicate clearly
Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems with the user at the heart and make effective decisions, manage stakeholders, control a product's direction whilst handling conflicting opinions Eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve best possible results and perform under pressure against tight deadlines, changing priorities with limited resources.
