Reporting to three senior executives (Senior Vice President, Insurance Risk Management, Assistant General Counsel Global Employment and Deputy General Counsel Global Litigation), you will be responsible for routine administrative support. The team needs support on various projects, including helping produce polished deliverables, so strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word is critical.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating meetings, video and teleconferences globally
Coordinating all travel arrangements, including booking and scheduling of accommodations, arranging overseas meetings and preparing travel itineraries
Compile, organize, process and submit travel & expense reports to ensure timely reimbursements
Manages vendor invoices and ensures payments are processed timely
Performing general office duties, including filing, printing documents, updating contact lists, ordering supplies and equipment as needed
Administering special projects for the team, following-up and tracking project status
Developing Power Points, dashboards or other reporting tools
Assist with the content and coordination of presentations and training programs
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5 + years of experience providing executive-level support with project management experience preferred
Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional administrative skills required
Ability to communicate at various levels within and outside the organization
Well-organized, methodical and attentive to detail
Strong customer service orientation; discretion and confidentiality is key
Ability to work well as a team member and build rapport and trust with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion
Ability to prioritize own workload and to work without close supervision
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multiple task environment
