This is a remote position.
What You'll Be Doing - You will be responsible for driving our future business growth in digital and traditional printing in North America with a strong customer focus. The New Business Development Manager, Printing & Specialties reports into the Head of Global Business Management Digital (US-MI-Southfield) and into the Global Team Leader Pigments for Printing (Germany).
Interacts closely, both regionally and globally, with team members in Sales, Commercial Industry Management, Quality, PS&R, and Technology and Development to identify business and technology needs at the forefront of industry megatrends.
Supports business growth through customer visits, presentations, trade shows / conferences and training of internal / external customers including distribution.
Access the entire value chain of the assigned industry from ink makers, dispersion house to OEM or brand owners.
Coordinates new product launches for assigned market segments.
Drives progression of growth opportunities.
Effectively communicates technical priorities to achieve business objectives.
