Advisory Manager, Digital Strategy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Help clients in Financial Services Industry (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset Management & Investment Banking) solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution and assist with providing strategy, technology and risk consulting services to help client anticipate and address complex business challenges. Provide consulting solutions to clients in one of the following key areas of Strategy/Management consulting: business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operations, customer and marketing, human capital and change management, finance, IT strategy, IT Infrastructure, large scale program and portfolio management, data analytics and emerging technologies like cloud, mobility, social networking, and other progressive areas. Help clients understand customer insight and experience and advise clients on customer and market strategy, pricing, marketing, sales and channel management, and customer service.
Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. Establish and maintain client relationships and understand business needs and issues facing clients.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, plus five (5) years of post-bachelors related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, plus three (3) years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Identifying process improvements and preparing recommendations for people, process and technology, especially the execution of projects and deliverables;
Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including the following:
Translating research results into actionable client initiatives;
Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
Analyzing large and complex data sets;
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses; and
Identifying and addressing client needs.
Travel up to 80% of the time is required.
