Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of ITS, serve as a single point of contact for any system-related issue, the analyst is to work with other IT, Database Applications and Network experts, vendors, and specialists to solve the incidents for the end-users.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years exposure in the areas of project management, purchasing & budget, training, technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Ability to work independently and in a team environment under deadline pressure. Proficiency using Microsoft products.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Higher education or non-profit environment, managing schedules, purchasing & budgets, training, technology, hardware deployment and software deployment. Self-starter, professional, pleasant, and patient people skills, able to meet or exceed time-lines, proven written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Advance and iBuy.
