Provides expert-level strategy creation services across the organization and supports multiple critical (cross-functional) initiatives as deemed appropriate. Develops and aligns strategy with strategic plans across business units. Measures and supplies feedback throughout the process. Collaborates within the Strategy Realization team to drive synergies and across strategy development, design, and execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
Responsible for driving five or more larger scale projects of the highest complexity throughout the Strategy Creation Process.
Develops and drives work flow of assigned teams to ensure that the Strategy Creation Process is followed and focused on results throughout the project. This will be accomplished by developing solutions that are in alignment with the organization’s mission and goals will be established and supported by applying a systemic view.
Work with department leadership and external resources to support the Strategic Planning process.
Leads the change management process and collaboration efforts with all business units.
Assist in the administration of strategic planning resources.
Collaborate with the Strategy Realization team to improve and align strategy across the organization.
Manages projects to meet or exceed customer satisfaction, schedule, and budget.
Possesses expert knowledge of strategy creation processes, frameworks, and tools, to ensure consistency and execution of strategy. This includes the development and design of the strategy.
Provides expert strategy creation management advice and counsel across the organization.
Performs assignments independently. Acts on own initiative and awareness of market conditions and strategy creation innovations to ensure alignment and drive solutions for measurable improvements and results.
Informs management of progress as scheduled and/or on a need-to-know basis and drives solutions to ensure project completion and alignment to desired outcomes.
Balances resources, schedules, and financial factors while solving problems with multi-discipline approach.
REQUIREMENTS:(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Four-year degree in engineering, technical, management, or business related field required.
Prior experience communicating and facilitating to all levels of leadership on technical/non-technical issues, process and performance improvement required.
Prior experience leading upper level management through various change initiatives required.
CPT (Certified Performance Technologist) or equivalent required.
